8x10 RC Silver Gelatin Print, all prints are printed by me in the darkroom using Omega enlarger and high quality RC papers. Another of my favorite bands during the 90's to see live was Rocket From The Crypt. These guys were getting more and more popular every show I went to. You could see the audience size growing and venues getting bigger each time they played. Although they still tried to play the small shows from time to time it was a task to make sure you got a ticket to the show that was probably going to sell out. Here they are at a sold out show at Jabberjaw in '95. It's amazing that they all fit on the small Jabberjaw stage. It always seemed crowded up there with 4 member bands let alone 6 and throw in a couple of half stacks and an Ampeg bass cab the size of a small fridge. Regardless RFTC still rocked any show and any stage they played. My fonder moments being small stages of course like in this pic. You've got John Reis making a Les Paul and Marshall stack look cooler than ever. JC 2000 and Apollo 9 laying the horns down and a packed house at Jabberjaw for one loud, hot and sweaty show.
